What is the Leadership Growth Track?

It is a self-directed program that is all about equipping and inspiring Servant Leaders. It is based on several books, conference messages and discussions questions designed to help you engage the material. Members of our staff have gone through or are in the process of going through this exact program.
If you are interested in taking your leadership skills to the next level, both in the church and in the marketplace, then this is for you!
The Leadership Growth Track is a three-part program that focuses on management, leadership, creativity, ministry and communications.
All of the conference messages are viewable online at absolutely no cost. However, you will need to purchase the corresponding books.
