What is Family Life’s Privacy Policy?
All information used to make donations to Family Life Church will not be used for anything other than receiving donations from our supporters. Your information will not, under any circumstances, be sold, rented or given away for any purpose.
Is online giving secure?
We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer”, a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes, your year-end giving statements are released in January. These are available upon request only. To place a request, simply contact us at (912) 554-0045.
Can I schedule recurring giving?
Yes. Just call (912) 554-0045 and we will get this setup.
Can I cancel a recurring giving?
If you have signed up for recurring donations, contact the us at (912) 554-0045 at least two weeks prior to when your automatic donation is scheduled.
